This website is operated by NZ Beauty. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NZ Beauty. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our posted Privacy, Shipping, and Return & Refund Policies.

ELIGIBILITY AND STORE USE
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location to use this store. You may not use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, dimensions, materials, and included items accurately. Screens and lighting may affect color appearance. Product packaging or minor details may change when a supplier updates an item, but we will not knowingly substitute a materially different product. Beauty tools sold by NZ Beauty are for personal cosmetic-care routines and are not medical devices or medical treatment.

PRICES, AVAILABILITY, AND ORDERS
Prices and promotions may change without notice. Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unsupported destinations, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method.

ACCOUNT AND BILLING INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for checking the shipping address and product variant before submitting an order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, except where required by law.

PAYMENT
Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or location.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, address errors, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Tracking is provided when available.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal-care tools may be non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NZ Beauty name, logo, site design, original text, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to NZ Beauty. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit them without written permission. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, and fulfillment providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
