Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Receiving an order confirmation does not mean the order has shipped.
Estimated delivery
For eligible United States addresses, delivery is generally estimated at 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, weather, customs, peak-season, or supplier delays can affect transit time.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. A free-shipping offer applies only when it is clearly displayed in the cart or checkout and its stated conditions are met.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to update. Items in the same order may arrive separately if they are fulfilled from different locations; you will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Packages returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address may require an additional shipping charge before reshipment.
Delays and tracking concerns
If tracking shows no meaningful update for 10 business days after shipment confirmation, contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, missing from the package, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return and Refund Policy. A carrier delivery scan may require investigation before a replacement or refund is approved.
